This spice mix is perfect for soutzoukakia (or kebab). Soutzoukakia (or greek Smyrna meatballs from Minor Asia) are a greek delicacy that resemble kebab. They are made of ground beef and pork meat and they are spiced abudantly. They are accompanied by thick tomato sauce. Add 2 tablespoons to a kilo of minced meat while kneading.
This spice blend contains the perfect dosage of all the spices used in the recipe of soutzoukakia. It is also ideal for grilled meatballs and grilled or yogurt kebabs.
