The Sausage Spice mix is perfect for seasoning your own handmade sausages, whether pork, buffalo or beef.
This blend is for the few and chosen who have the appetite and passion to make their own handmade sausages.
For a kilo of minced meat, add at least 20 grams of the mixture (add more if you desire a spicier flavor). The mixture also contains garlic.
