Echinacea tincture is mainly used for its effect on the immune system. The chemical components contained in it directly affect the chemical processes of the immune system. Daily consumption of echinacea tincture, especially during the fall and winter months, reduces the chances or the duration of colds and flu. It fights and eliminates the disturbing symptoms of cold, cough and flu.
Echinacea tincture is particularly beneficial for upper respiratory tract infections as it reduces irritation and prevents the deposition of mucus in the respiratory tract. It also helps in cases of bronchitis, asthma, tuberculosis and nerve cough.
Echinacea tincture can contribute to the fight against viral infections, urinary tract infections and vaginal yeast infections. Frequent consumption of echinacea can treat ear infections as well.
Echinacea increases the production of white blood cells that are responsible for the protection of the organism after a pathogenic microorganism invasion, thus preventing viruses and bacteria from penetrating into healthy cells.
